Dongmei Cui PhD Professor in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interest focuses in the design of rare-earth metal-based organometallic catalysts and precisely controlled polymerization of commonly used and large-scale monomers to realize the high-value added and high-performance plastics and rubbers. Currently, she is carrying on the large-scale manufacturing of the high-cis 1,4 rubbers and syndiotactic polystyrene.
